Arts Management - Exhibition and Events planning

The Arts Management program at IED Florence offers students an intensive hands-on introduction and approach to event management in the arts. The city of Florence is a unique stage on which to set this program as it holds an important place in the collective creative and artistic imagination. Florence is an important destination for international dialogue and celebration of the great cultural traditions that have their origins here. Students will engage with professionals from the world of international and local foundations, non-profits and festivals asas become familiar with the workings of state institutional structures. The program focuses on the main components behind successful events including conception, planning, ,, fundraising and financing with a group of instructors drawn from industry professionals who bring their experience and know-how into the classroom.
