Englisch B1 Cooking in English: Opera Stars in the Kitchen

Famous dishes have been named after great singers like Peach Melba or Chicken Tetrazzini! Luciano Pavarotti was a passionate cook and Maria Callas loved to experiment in her kitchen. Look behind the scenes and enjoy some of the best dishes associated with opera singers in this class. On the first evening we will read all the recipes and prepare something small but representative of the food we will cook on the other two evenings. Attending the course all three times insures our group success in the kitchen full with delicious food shared with others not only through cooking, but also in cleaning up and chatting. New recipes will be cooked!
