The course embraces the following, but is flrexible and can integrate further requirements on request.

• Telephone skills - making and receiving calls using call preparation templates, making appointments and reservations, taking and giving messages, screening calls, voice mail messages, dealing with spelling and numbers and asking for repetition, asking for confirmation,dealing with complaints and apologizing, your telephone voice
• Writing skills - effective but polite e-mails, letters, giving good and bad news, dunning letters, social business letters
• Communication skills - giving directions, advising, giving opinions, asking polite questions
• Intercultural skills - an insigt into cultural diversity in business,body language and voice, work attitudes. etc.
