Certain local and regional public authorities and organisations prioritise the furthering of cultural, educational and business conditions in areas to secure constant growth and development of life conditions for the population. Therefore there is a need for employees with abilities to actively participate in the preparation, support, and completion of development tasks in European regions.
The two-year Master programme is offered in co-operation with the University of Southern Denmark. It is an international programme with students from all over the world. The Master programme emphasises a comprehensive and in-depth insight into relevant European themes within the disciplines of social sciences and humanities, such as economic and political theories, European law, European ideas, and European contemporary history. The programme comprises both compulsory and elective subjects. The compulsory courses are built around the three main dimensions of the programme: Europe, Regions, and Development.
