At the end of this training attendees will be able to use IBM SPSS/12/ision Management for Customer Interactions to aide in managing customer interactions. Attendees will become familiar with key concepts such as campaigns, offers and What If analysis. With these concepts in mind, attendees will learn how to prioritize campaigns and mark the project ready for real time deployment.
Additionally, attendees will also be able to manage rules and apply these to the IBM SPSS/12/ision Management for Customer Interactions application.
