Official one-year Master's degree focused on the quality of food products and the trust that they inspire in the consumer as material in a constant process of improvement and innovation within the food industry.

Official master's degree in management and innovation in the food industry provides knowledge of quality systems necessary to measure and improve processes, products and quality systems techniques. Delves into food law in aspects related to hygiene and food safety risks.

In addition to these specific skills, provides an approach for improving personal skills through the development of generic skills such as: organizational skills, time management, initiative, commitment, entrepreneurship and innovation.
