Holders of an existing Manager''s certificate in IT Service Management, who wish to update their skills and knowledge to ITIL V3, and obtain the ITIL Diploma.

Voraussetzungen

Die Teilnehmer müssen ein Managers Zertifikat in IT Service Management vorlegen können.Dieses erlangen Sie durch den erfolgreichen Abschluss der ITIL® Service Support und Delivery Examen.
Ebenso ist der Besuch dieses Seminars zwingende Voraussetzung.

Hinweis

Dieser Kurs beinhaltet das ITIL V3 Managers Bridge Examen! Die Zertifizierungsprüfung wird direkt im Anschluss an das Seminar in Form eines MultipleChoice Tests abgelegt. Die reguläre Prüfungsdauer beträgt 90 Minuten; für Nicht-Muttersprachler 105 Minuten. Die Auswertung der Fragen findet im Anschluss statt. Es werden 20 MultipleChoice Fragen gestellt.
