The seminar focuses on the practical side of negotiations in an international, cross cultural context. In a step to step process it provides powerful tools and techniques of how to define mutual goals, solve crises and finish negotiations for the benefit of all involved. The goal is to reach mutually accepted agreements in every sort of conflict, may it be in a one to one conversation, in controversial group meetings or difficult negotiations.
