Module one You can do it! Bringing the Best out of You!

Miracle of Life is more than just a course introducing you to motherhood and teaching you coping mechanisms to achieve a balanced and stress free way of living, The Miracle of Life is about teaching you a new way of being. A different approach to life. It is a way of viewing the world that recognises that things are as they are and no amount of thinking, internal struggling resistance or wishing that things were different will change that. This recognition brings an increased willingness to meet each experience and interaction fully, as a mummy and also in the rest of your life, with an open heart.

Module Three Breathing and Moving - The right way!

This module focuses on bringing your awareness to how you breathe and the body while moving. As a mamma, you will be moving a lot. Miracle of Life has this section designed to help you practice being present, aware and connected with your bundle not only while sitting quietly, but also while you are moving around. When they're pregnant, many women feel as though nothing has changed, apart from gaining more weight. Others have low energy resources, aches and pains or cannot stop feeling nausea. This module is particularly powerful in the way in which it teaches you to work with your breath both when sitting quietly and whilst moving, so that you are providing your little one the best start.

module five Your body as a bridge between you and your baby

Think about how it feels when you bring your entire attention to the present moment. Just as you gain more of an insight and information about the world and your experience focusing on the present moment, focusing your awareness in your body can also yield a treasure trove of detail about what is going on for you. When you begin to pay attention to your body you will more easily hear its messages to you, whether you are getting too cold or too hot, getting dehydrated or have low blood sugar, are in need of a nap or a good night's sleep, or are right up against the edge of being sick. Your body is constantly giving you signals. Miracle of life teaches you how to recognise these signals so that you can always have the best connection with your body and your baby.
