Learning project management on the job is an unnecessary burden in an already challenging position.

This course provides practical skills, concepts and principles you can take back to the job, along with insights you’ll need to adapt them to specific project environments.

The goal of this course is to achieve quality performance through effective planning and control. We use a process orientation and an analytical, systems-oriented approach to problem solving and decision making. Throughout the course, we integrate the need for collaboration and clear communications among people, often in multiple organizations.
