Über den Kurs: I did as instructed in the course material, but got no revert from their end. At the end, I got frustated and looked where to call. Basically, I tried everything but I couldn't reach them and all I did was stuck in the loop on e-mailing and all. Not worthy of my time, energy and money for that matter.

Über den Kurs: Customer service was slow, learing material wasn't good as well. For certification I had to pay extra, CPEP training wasn't as expected. You cannot check if you're passed , there is no module or protocol. I am not satisfied with the courses I purchsed. I would like to have a total refund and nothing else. So I won't be recommending it at all.
