The Senior Secretaries and Personal Assistants' Programme has been specifically designed by London Corporate Training to help participants become more confident and competent in a range of secretarial and personal/executive assistant skills.

It is a 5-day course that include arranging meetings and taking minutes, office organisation and event management. Other learning outcomes include more self-motivation, productivity, and the ability to respond effectively to various situations and challenges.

The delivery style is highly inclusive and encourages all attendees to learn in a practical manner throughout by looking at case studies with guidance from expert business consultants and by discussing various topics in group breakout sessions.
