In this course, students, who are new to WebSphere Portal, will start with the creation of portlet projects and basic portlets. From there, they will progress quickly into aspects of portlet customization and flexibility. They will also learn several methods to support inter-portlet communication, as well as data access. All of these activities will be pursued from a best practices perspective.
