Kerstin is skills coach and consultant, interested in facilitating people and companies in becoming master practitioners of communication skills, working mainly with NLP and creative thinking techniques. The training ‘bug’ caught her early in her career as associate researcher when she felt true satisfaction came from helping other people achieving success. After moving from Germany to Italy in 2011, Kerstin decided to run her own business in order to share her continually growing experience in soft skills application – Ansus Consulting was born!
