This course is for advanced users of IBM Interact. It focuses on several advanced topics about Interact that system developers, administrators and marketing designers need to know.

Class participants will learn the functional and technical architecture of Interact, the Interact APIs, performance tuning, and troubleshooting, and other selected advanced features.

Be conversant with what an Interactive Channel is and what it does, and understand its key components.
Identify the key components of the Interact architecture.
Identify what Interact data sources are and describe how they are used.

List what the developer needs to know about designing interactions with IBM Interact.
Understand the request-and-response approaches of the IBM Interact API.
