This Expert Arena provides you with a virtual system to be accessed remotely. You can interact with Tealeaf and all its components without having to install and configure the system yourself.

It is designed for developers, administrators, and business users who are interested in working with and exploring the latest IBM Tealeaf 8.8 functions.

The virtual system is a Windows and SUSE based environment that has the following IBM Tealeaf Customer Experience components:

  • Tealeaf CX
  • Tealeaf cxImpact
  • Tealeaf cxView
  • Tealeaf cxOverstat

This complete and fully functional system records traffic from an included WebSphere Commerce V7 FEP 6 site configured to use the Aurora starter store.

Using groundbreaking technology, IBM Tealeaf solutions capture and record every digital customer interaction, and how the site or application responds in real-time. By capturing every customer visit, IBM Tealeaf solutions visualize the qualitative details of every single interaction, uniquely helping businesses understand user actions and unexpected business results. This rich customer experience dataset then fuels quantitative assessments of the negative business impact that results from customer's online or mobile struggles, and helps prioritize opportunities for improvement and innovation.

In this Expert Arena, you gain access to a working Tealeaf environment with sample data and reports where you can build your own Tealeaf events and reports based on the included WebSphere Commerce starter store. You can access this environment remotely from your own desktop. Whether you want to extend your classroom experience by practicing new skills or use an experimental environment for developing Tealeaf events and other objects, you can use the Expert Arena to gain practical experience using IBM Tealeaf Customer Experience in a working environment.
