As part of my Erasmus Mundus Master in Work, Organizational and Personnel Psychology degree, I am completing my internship period at Organization & Management Solutions (OMS) in Guelph, Canada. After having been emerged in the field head to toe for the last two years, it was amazing to discover how many aspects, areas and directions of I/O psychology I was still unaware of.

My two years as an Erasmus Mundus scholar has transformed my life in surprising ways. I came into the program having already worked in a professional environment for a number of years, and I had strong expectations for what I needed from the program. Yet I found that while I indeed gained the tools I desired, the program offered me much more.
