The goal of the Master is to train professionals who are competent at strategic management focussed on business and who are skilled at communication and leadership. You will be trained in applied research methodologies, in effective communication strategies for organisation and in business management techniques. You will be trained in political and institutional communication, you will acquire skills for managing finance, logistics and operations within the company and for carrying out innovation strategies in the field of marketing and branding. You will be trained to plan and manage innovative strategies for improving the competitiveness of the company in business environments.
The Master is targeted at university graduates and professionals who would like to improve their skills in communication and management strategy and who would like to move to management roles. The course lasts one year and combines the in-person model with the partly remote model. The classes are taught in Catalan and Spanish and you will have a team of teachers with extensive experience in the sector.
