Understand how perceptions and beliefs impact our capacity to trust. Recognize and avoid betrayals of trust. Foster an environment of T-R-U-S-T. Learn some magic formula to instill trust, overcome your own lack of trust in yourself and others, and become a trust-builder in your team and organization at all levels. However, you know that building trust takes days, weeks, months, and years. Breaking trust takes seconds. So, while there is no magic formula, there are a few solid principles and a research-based model which will help you create a high-trust culture.
