Das Beste: The EMFOL MSc in Animal-Derived Foods met my expectations of a world-class academic programme. My professors are basically the authors of some of the books and journal articles that I have based my previous and current research on. Further, they are very approachable and motivating, especially in pursuing deeper knowledge and experience in food science. Lastly the international student department is highly efficient and reliable. You are assured that you are well taken care of.
