Global Patent Drafting

The Global Patent Drafting course aims at discussing the challenges of different patent drafting requirements in the main jurisdictions worldwide and providing guidelines to drafting 'global' patent applications. Attendees will learn how to save time and money by optimising their patent applications for the major patent offices. By keeping in mind major differences, they can avoid multiplying work and achieve better results. Using concrete examples, our speakers will develop with the attendees guidelines for preparing a patent application optimized for undergoing multiple patent prosecution procedures at the major patent offices.
