Are you interested in acquiring the essential English skills that enable you to work in the hospitality career in the United Kingdom? If so, undertake this interactive and practical Hospitality English Course delivered by Reception Academy and advertised in emagister.co.uk.

The programme of the course has been designed in partnership with UK hotels in order to meet the highest industry standards. It consists of practical exercises and interesting conversations –for example in a lift, to welcome guests or explain the bill. Candidates will also learn hotel vocabulary, how to handle difficult customers and forbidden service phrases, as well as the language used in accounts, marketing and by housekeeping, among others.

The course consists of 30 hours of training divided into 10 days. Candidates will receive a course workbook and will have access to pronunciation checks, a universal phonetic alphabet and visual and listening exercises. They will also perform voice recognition and recoding exercises. Upon completion of the course successful candidates gain a certificate of completion.
