iQsolve™ Practitioner Training - with Certification

We are exclusively offering this simple method to quickly solve problems in manufacturing or product and process development. You will be introduced to the methodology by experienced, technically adept consultants supported by training material in English or, alternatively, German. The seminar will have a practical orientation, will be conducted in small groups and the participants will be coached to achieve certification.

Subject

iQsolve™ is a methodology which has been tested over many years and is now newly conceived in this form to solve problems that keep reappearing. iQsolve™ differs from other methods as no complex trial & error is conducted. Instead it uses a progressive, systematic search for root causes on the component or process level. In general this does not disturb or interrupt production processes.

This method concentrates on drawing meaningful conclusions from small samples. This is highly valuable if only small amounts of data or only a few parts are available to be measured and tested and if complicated statistical tests cannot be conducted for time and cost reasons.

With the help of this systematic method you will be able to get a grip on your technical problems and limit your financial losses as soon as possible. Moreover, the application of this method in particular avoids recalls and damage to your corporate image, and yields a reduction of warranty and courtesy costs and an increase of customer satisfaction.

The method consists of a unique, structured set of logically combined tools, which can successfully be applied by everyone, without any statistical background:

  • Critical Parameter Search
  • Concentration diagram
  • Tukey test
  • Out-of-Control-Action-Plan (OCAP)

Execution

In this intensive seminar the participants will be introduced to the iQsolve™ method and learn the tools necessary for application. The method will be practiced in groups by applying typical tools to a case study that runs across the training. Subsequent to the seminar it is planned that the participants complete a project using the iQsolve™ method.

The selection of an appropriate project can be supported by an experienced trainer during the seminar. As we consider it absolutely necessary to apply the acquired skills to a project as soon as possible, specific coaching is an important element for a successful completion of an iQsolve™ project. We recognize this need of professional support after the seminar and offer individual coaching via email and phone to every participant.

Certification

The participant will get a confirmation of attendance after completing the seminar and passing the exam on the last day. The exam will be a written multiple choice test and takes one hour for all participants.

After passing the iQsolve™ exam and the successful completion of the project the participant will receive the “iQsolve™ Practitioner – CERTIFICATE”.
