They really do provide step-by-step/‘painting by numbers’ guidance for new and experienced project managers alike that add value to any project
Detailed information on the different management roles required to successfully manage a project, and how to tailor the standard team structure chart
Detailed guidance on the management documents typically used to manage a project
Information on how to tailor PRINCE2 for different project circumstances (industry /project scale/complexity etc.) and how this can be done without increasing risk
Guidance on some project management techniques and examples for the tutor’s experience will also be provided during the course.

Multiple Choice 60 questions
33 marks or more required to pass (out of 60 available marks) – 55%
Closed Book exam
The foundation exam is 1 hour
This exam tests how much of the theory you have retained and understand
No negative marking
Qualification valid for life
