Competent Person for Event Rigging according to IGVW SQQ 2 | Level 1
Target group: event technicians, riggers, lighting technicians, sound technicians, theatre professionals, exhibition and trade fair constructors, trade fair personnel, media professionals, apprentices in event technology, certified masters for event technology, event rigging professionals, and participants in rigging training programs.
Course Admission Requirements Level 1
Admission to the qualification course may be granted to individuals who are at least 18 years old and can provide all of the following valid proofs:
Three years of relevant professional experience in event technology, completed shortly before the start of the course, or current training as an event technology specialist in the third year of apprenticeship. Written proof of this experience must be provided in a verifiable manner.
Occupational medical fitness examination for work involving fall hazards, e.g., G 41.
First aid training.
Competent Person for Event Rigging according to IGVW SQQ 2 | Level 1
Certification is issued by the IGVW.
