The EMFOL MSc in Animal-Derived Foods met my expectations of a world-class academic programme. My professors are basically the authors of some of the books and journal articles that I have based my previous and current research on. Further, they are very approachable and motivating, especially in pursuing deeper knowledge and experience in food science. Lastly the international student department is highly efficient and reliable. You are assured that you are well taken care of.

Die Studienmaterialien sind gut strukturiert und verständlich. Wünschenswert wäre mehr mathematischen Übungen. Meiner Meinung nach konnte der Online Campus sich verbessert werden. Die Studienbetreuung ist sehr gut und die Präsenzseminare sehr sinnvoll.

Mir war es sehr wichtig, dass ich das Studium in mein Leben integrieren konnte. Alle die Lehrmittel bekam ich zugeschickt und hatte ich kein Problem mich für Klausuren vorzubereiten.
