KURSINHALT
In this course, students learn how to use Oracle BPM to model and optimize business processes. After an overview of Oracle BPM Methodology and the Oracle BPM Suite, students use Oracle Business Process Composer to model a simple process. They learn how to share projects between Business Process Composer and BPM Studio, and they use BPM Studio's built-in simulation tool to predict the behavior of a business process, analyze the results, and optimize the process.
Process stakeholders will want to measure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to optimize the process, minimize costs, and ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are honored. To that end, students learn to use process analytics, they view sample metrics using both WorkSpace and Business Activity Monitoring (BAM), and they create real-time dashboards using BAM. Lastly, students learn how to use Oracle Business Process Composer to update Business Rules at run time.
Learn To:
- Create process models
- Run simulations
- Participate in a running process
- Use process analytics
- Create real-time dashboards using BAM
- Edit business rules at run time
