Fit for Small Talk

You may be quite confident in using English on the telephone, in meetings or writing emails. However, how good are you in introducing yourself, making small talk, going to restaurants with business partners, and looking after business visitors? In this seminar we want to focus on these situations. In interactive roleplays we will use typical phrases and conversation topics to become more confident in the art of socializing.

You should have a good background of English about 4 – 5 years at school or equivalent. All materials will be provided.
