KURSINHALT
In this 3-day instructor-led course, students learn how to perform system administration tasks for the IBM WebSphere DataPower SOA Appliances.
The IBM WebSphere DataPower SOA Appliances allow users to simplify, accelerate, and enhance the security capabilities of Extensible Markup Language (XML) and Web services deployments, and extend the capabilities of a service-oriented architecture (SOA) infrastructure.
Through a combination of instructor-led lectures and hands-on lab exercises, students learn how to perform various administrative procedures, from initial installation and setup through ongoing maintenance of the appliances in production. Students learn about the available management interfaces such as the command-line interface (CLI), Web GUI, and XML Management Interface. Students also learn how to use these interfaces to perform various administrative tasks such as upgrading firmware, performing backup and restore operations, monitoring system performance, configuring user accounts and domains, and much more.
