During the 3-dayITIL® 2011 Foundation training, you will be given an overview of the ITIL terminology, the processes and functions as well as roles within the framework. You receive a broad insight to the basic principle of the "Service Lifecycle" that is described in the ITIL core literature consisting of five books (Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation and Continual Service Improvement).
Furthermore, this course serves as a preparation for the successful participation in the exam to receive the internationally acknowledged ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management. This certificate is a prerequisite for the participation in all further Intermediate Level trainings (Capability and Lifecycle Stream) as well as the highest possible certificate in ITIL, the ITIL Expert certificate.
