Due to the growing global division of labor and the interdependencies in supply chains, the likelihood of turbulences in supply chains or even their
interruptions is increasing drastically. Only a professional supply chain risk management offers a shield to avoid existence-threatening hazards. This
seminar will equip participants with a tool box full of methods, procedures and tips that will allow for an effective risk identification, risk evaluation,
and risk management. Practical exercises demonstrate the applicability of methods and tools that can be used for identifying, evaluating and prioritizing
risks. Participants will also work on strategies and approaches to reduce, minimize or avoid risks as well as on how to set up business continuity plans.
Practical examples from successful enterprises offer insights into how an effective SCRM can be implemented.
